Trustworthy but not happy with quality of T-shirts

It is a trustworthy webshop with really great designs and fair prices. But I have to take off two stars because of the absolutely minor quality of the print on the T-shirts. Even if washing them cold (not more than 30 C) the print peels off rather fast. On one shirt about a third of the print was already gone after the first wash.

A unique, personalized gift is always best!

The artwork on the t-shirt was creative, crisp, clean and fun. The image was also sized perfectly and the shirt fit to a T. It was a seamless experience and a fun gift to share!

extremely disappointed

I purchased two shirts for my son's birthday and had plenty of time for them to be delivered before his party. When the shirts arrived, they looked like someone printed the designs with an inkjet printer out of their garage. Neither of the shirts were professionally done. They are blurry and poor quality even though the design uploaded followed all guidelines for a high quality product. I should have researched before I selected Redbubble to print my shirts. Now I see they "randomly" select people to leave reviews instead of allowing all customers to leave a review. Returns aren't a guarantee. I have filled out a return request form, and apparently so has everyone else because I received an email saying they were extremely backed up. I am so disappointed in this experience, and I will absolutely direct my friends and customers to use a different website if they want to buy my products. Buyer beware.

XL canvas prints are disappointing - very poor resolution

It's not possible to leave a review for a product unless you "receive an invitation at random"?- This is on their help site and they refer to using Trustpilot instead. It's a shame because I am now leaving a 1 star review, which is for the product and not for the site. I ordered two extra large canvas prints (Scenic, ~$150 each after discounts) and the resolution is very poor. This size really should not be an offering as I doubt anyone would be satisfied. Delivery, packaging, and updates-- all great.

Girls Und Panzer vinyl stickers!

I ordered some GUP vinyl stickers and the overall experience was amazing. The quality was as expected on par, the stickers were indeed really Durable and Water Resistant.
Although one of them got bubbles after sticking it to my laptop, it could be my fault.

Bullies…

As a seller with Redbubble my experience as a whole is pretty good but if you produce a design that upsets one of their partners then you get treated like something you trod in. I added a design as part of a group of six to go on mugs and one was for Earl Grey Tea. Redbubble removed it saying it infringed a partners rights! I fathomed the partner in question was CBS and their Star Trek brand, yeh no lies, because Captain Picard asks for 'Earl Grey Tea Hot' in the programme. Now I'm no legal expert but a mug in grey with the words Earl Grey Tea that has no mention of Star Trek on it whatsoever isn't an infringement on anyones rights, if CBS owned Earl Grey Tea then I'm sure Twinings, Whittards and the supermarkets would be in trouble. Their actions and the lack of communication to an appeal smacks of bullying by a bigger company, think Coke Cola and it's legal attack on a chip shop called Relentless and you'll get the idea. Copyright exists to design or affiliation to another product not to words commonly used by a multitude of businesses. Redbubble need to stop this shameful behaviour of smaller artists and review designs properly for what they are and not by whether one of their bully boy partners wants to throw its weight around. Oh and they need to communicate better with sellers not ignore them.

Yes! They are fake! They sound like someone is trying to type English, however, they cant talk proper or let alone type proper English.

As some people have had and are having negative experiences here, some of us have had positive experiences and want to share our genuine positive reviews for others. I personally had great service with this site, but Ive also only used it once so far. Just have a little faith in the positive reviews... not everyone is out to scam the masses... some of us are just ecstatic with our service, since that seems so hard to come by these days, and just want to show appreciation. And sorry to all for their negative experiences here... that really sucks.

The positive reviews are definitely fake. Who gives a glowing review for any company that doesnt even acknowledge you order, doesnt give an ETA, doesnt give a shipping notice, doesnt give a tracking number, doesnt have customer service that can be reached by phone regardless of hours, etc? Fake, fake, fake, fake, so obviously fake and pathetic. They would be much better off directing their energy into getting a customer service department and fixing their problems rather then having people post pathetic fake reviews that are transparent and lame... Oh, I dont recall getting any notifications from the company but my stuff arrived 3 to 4 weeks later, was satisfactory, and I cant say enough good things about the company? Fake!

The quality of the material was good on the hoodies I bought, very soft and warm without the fabric being too heavy but the printing was absolutely horrible and the prints on both of my hoodies washed out almost immediately. Now I have two soft, warm, entirely useless hoodies that look like garbage and they cost me over $100.

I was disappointed with my order. It was a t-shirt. I ordered one size bigger, was to big in chest area, tight in the stomach and arms. The print was off-centered as well. The material is very soft so I kept it and used it for pj's. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again with Redbubble. The hoodies may be different. Good luck!

A:

Ok, if this happened to me, I would just sell the second order to someone else, like a friend, tell them the price that the second order cost, so you have your money back, and the person would be happy. BOOM.

That's true. Just email them or get on the website at the right time and you might be able to chat with them. I've ordered a T-Shirt and accidentaly gave the wrong adress. They said it was too late and was already shipped so they just send me another one to the right adress.

Unfortunately all you can do is email them. They do not have a customer service line. I ordered the wrong size sweatshirt for my son and they sent me a new one in the right size and allowed me to keep the old one. I was surprised. Just send them an email and allow a few days for them to get back to you but they will. Hope this helps!

How durable are the iphone cases? Are they very protective?

I've purchased 3 iPhone cases from them. One of the regular ones for a 4S, which was purchased about 2 years ago- my boyfriend used it after I upgraded phones, and he is still using it and his phone & that case are still in prime condition. I've also purchased 2 of their "tough" cases- both about 8-9 months ago for a iPhone 6, and my phone and my mother's phone are also both in prime condition. And I've dropped my phone many times- including just the other day, face down, right on the concrete. I would recommend. The only con is that the "tough" cases are difficult to get off... But... I really can't complain about that considering these cases have kept my phones in one piece for years now.
